If I had this scale I wouldn’t have to go through the hassle of opening up my luggage in public and digging out the 1.3kg of items.

3. Ever tried taking your own passport photos? If you are using Iphone you can download from Apple store, ID Photo Print. It’s a free download. Once you have downloaded it open the application and have someone take a photo of you against a white background, like an empty wall. The application allows some minor adjustments, like remove dark spots and brighten image. So it can even make you look younger! It also prints in a set of 4 photos. Price ? FOC. 4. And lastly, here’s a Qigong video. It goes by the name of “8 Pieces Brocade”, one of the simplest and easy to follow Qigong. This exercise is said to be over a thousand years old, well before the introduction of animal and bird motions. Its about 20 minutes long and can be repeated if you think you need more exercise. After pracising this for more than 6 months now, i feel it has helped strength my thighs and knees. I think this exercise is effective and it probably helped me climb the Great Wall!
